No. Air Army performs a specialized evaluation of heating and cooling systems within the scope of its HVAC contractor license. It is not a substitute for a certified Arizona home inspection.
Can an agent upload the full home inspection report?
Yes. We review the HVAC-related findings and determine whether pricing can be prepared from the report or an on-site evaluation is needed.
Can you provide repair and replacement pricing?
Yes. When appropriate, Air Army can provide both paths so the parties can evaluate the practical solution.
